Yes, it's possible to combine shipping for multiple items, but certain conditions must be met
- The items must be from the same auction house.
- The delivery option must be postal service point or home delivery.
- Combined shipping is not possible for larger deliveries, such as sofa sets. This also applies to deliveries to our own collection points.
How does combined shipping work?
If you meet the conditions above, we can combine multiple items into one delivery and give you a reduced transport cost.
How to order combined shipping
- Book your desired transport for each item. Hold off on paying the transport invoices.
- Contact us before you pay your transport invoices. Wait for a response.
- The invoices will be updated as soon as we've processed the combined shipping; note that the number of invoices will remain the same.
- You'll find the updated invoices on your account and can pay them from there.
Important to know
Packing and delivery are always done in the safest way to protect your items. This means multiple packages may be used even with combined shipping.
- FedEx: Can handle multiple packages under the same tracking number.
- DHL: Each package gets its own tracking number and is treated as a separate delivery.
