Reminders and newsletters panel
In order to subscribe, unsubscribe or resubscribe to our newsletter we recommend you to visit the Reminders and newsletters panel that you will find at My Pages. In order to access, you need to log in.
You can easily manage your email communications from this panel. You can check or uncheck the boxes depending on if you want or you don´t want to receive the email communications.
If the boxes are checked you will receive the email communications, if the boxes are unchecked you will not receive them.
It is not possible to unsubscribe from emails directly related with transactions like information about lots you win, uncollected items… since they contain important information about your purchase.
Subscribe
There are two ways for subscribing:
- During the sign up of Auctionet membership account. You can easy check a box to receive our mail communications.
- Visiting Reminders and newsletters panel. You will see the list of mail communications that you can receive. You can easy check the boxes and you will start receiving email communications.
Unsubscribe
There are two ways for unsubscribing:
- Email: when we sent not transactional emails there is always a link at the bottom of the mail that says: “Unsubscribe”. Through this link you are able to unsubscribe from the specific campaign. For example, if the mail is related with “Auctionet Pro – our auction school” and you click on the link at the bottom of the newsletter, you will unsubscribe from future emails related with “Auctionet Pro – our auction school”.
- Reminders and newsletters panel. You will see the list of mail communications that you receive. Easily you can uncheck the boxes of the emails that you don´t want to receive.
Resubscribe
For resubscribing you can visit the Reminders and newsletters panel. There you can check the boxes related with the emails that you want to receive again.
