If you didn't order shipping, items are collected at the auction house where you bought that item. So if you buy a painting from Lawrences Auctioneers you would collect it from their showroom. Please visit the auction house's website to see their contact information and opening hours.
What applies with ordered transport
With a collection point, the item is delivered to the collection point you chose when ordering, where you then collect the item. This is not necessarily at an auction house. Please note that carrying assistance and packing material are generally not available at pickup.
With a postal service point, the item is delivered to the postal service closest to your specified address. When the item is booked, an email is sent with a tracking number and information about which postal shop applies.
With home delivery, the item is delivered to your door or mailbox. When the item is booked, an email is sent with a tracking number and information about which carrier will be delivering.
With home delivery with carrying assistance, the delivery instead takes place through our own staff, who carry the item into the home, just inside the door.
