Node deliveries are typically collected from the auction house once a week. Upon collection, the item is blanketed and in some cases also packaged to ensure it arrives safely. An email is sent to the buyer when the item has been collected. Transport status can also be found under My Pages -> Transports.
Upon arrival at the final destination, the buyer is notified and the item must be collected, normally within 5 business days. After that, a storage fee of ~6 USD per day applies unless otherwise agreed with the collection point.
At collection, the item is generally not packaged as it has been blanketed during transport. This allows the buyer to inspect and approve the condition of the item at the time of collection.
Any damage or missing parts must be reported to the staff at the collection point at the time of collection and photographed on site. We cannot compensate for items taken home without the collection point having been notified. Please then contact support in writing to open a transport claim.
Please note that as a rule, there is no packaging material or assistance with carrying available on site unless otherwise arranged.
The delivery options available for your specific item are shown on the item page and depend on factors such as the item's size, weight, fragility, value and destination. Not all collection points have the capacity to receive all types of items.
