KARL XI (1655-1697), King of Sweden in 1660. Letter of nobility issued and personally signed by Charles XI, on parchment, for Georg Hörman, ennobled von Hörmansfeldt, dated Stockholm 30 October 1680.

Ink on parchment written in German with a hand painted coat of arms in ink and watercolor. About 550x735 mm, the weapon about 140x135 mm. Elgenstierna, p. 793.
Noble family von Hörmansfelt no. 967. Knighted 1680-10-30, introd. pp. å. Probably extinct.
Georg Hörman, knighted von Hörmansfelt (d. 1687). Went into Swedish service in 1659 and became a rider in the Pfaizgreven of Sulzbach's Swedish regiment. Farewell 1660. Musketeers in Dutch service, both on land and at sea in 1661. Musketeers in the French Life Guards in 1663. Corporal at C. Married Wrangel's regiment of horse in 1665. Sergeant first.2.
