Rolf Hansson is a Swedish painter known for his expressive abstractions, often inspired by nature and music. Educated at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, Hansson gained recognition in the 1980s with his large-scale, gestural canvases characterised by vivid colour, rhythmic brushwork and a distinct sense of movement.
