Tarasewicz’s paintings are characterized by their bold use of color, rhythmic patterns and expansive scale. He often works directly on gallery walls and floors, transforming exhibition spaces into dynamic environments that envelop the viewer. His compositions draw inspiration from nature, particularly the forests and landscapes of his native region, but are abstracted into pulsating fields of color and form.

Painting as Environment

Tarasewicz’s approach to painting is both physical and conceptual. He treats the gallery as a canvas, using paint to create immersive, site-specific installations that blur the line between art and architecture.
