Abundant marquetry with inlays of mother-of-pearl and various types of wood. Jacaranda bottom veneer. Motif reportedly taken from Ovid's "Metamorphoses".
Movement marked Joh. Goude 700.
Plumb and pendulum included.
Height approx. 200 cm.

Condition

Screws are partially missing for the back piece. The veneer on the hands is missing and has risen on the hands and dial ring. Slight age-related wear. Social security number marked on inside side door. Clockwork not function tested.
