A post War DPM Parachutist's Smock, full zip front, four front pockets with Newey press studs, knitted cuffs and full tail, with interior label to the maker 'James Smith & Co (Derby)' size 160/96, Parachute Qualification Wings, Drop Zone Flash to 10th Battalion Parachute Regiment, and insignia to Warrant Officer 2nd Class to right sleeve, German Parachute Qualification Wings in metal to right breast, German Bundeswehr Performance Badge (Leistungabzeichen) to left breast.
The item belonged to Warrant Officer Class II Brian Chafer who served over 20 years with the Parachute Regiment, mainly with the 3rd Battalion, and 10th (Territorial Army) Battalion as part of the Permanent Staff.
