History Sunbeam Alpine was introduced in 1959 by the Rootes Group as a sporty roadster with elegant design from Carrozzeria Touring. The model was offered with four-cylinder engines and a manual gearbox, often with overdrive, and became appreciated for its driving dynamics.
This current example was imported to Sweden and Scania in 1975. The current owner's husband acquired the car in 1995 and cared for it for a long time with great interest. Reportedly, minor defects were addressed on an ongoing basis, which has contributed to the car's well-preserved condition today.
