Very beautifully crafted Buddha figure made of salmon-red stone coral, hand-cut and finely polished, skilfully utilizing the structure and shape of the massive coral branch. length of the carving 8 cm, max. Width 4 cm. Total weight 71.7 grams. Rear side only polished and mostly natural.
Very well preserved, natural signs of growth. Original coral, no molding compound, no plastic, no synthesis.
Elaborate handwork, rare in this size.
