Description

An interesting sideboard possibly in the style of Gillows, the top section with bevelled glass and painted with birds and flowers within panels. The lower section with amboyna wooden panels including the drawers, brass drop handles and recess to the centre with shelf. 171cms high, 152cms across.

Condition

This was in an old farmhouse and has not been touched for some time, some signs of old worm to the feet, front section next to the door inside the recess, side and back, finial broken off and loose, general wear and marks, piece missing off the base of one foot so the sideboard tilts back at the moment, generally needs some attention.
