Altar model, oil on panel, 17th century /18 century In the center is an aedicula closed with a round arch, flanked by two double columns, followed by niche compartments covered with flat entablature on both sides, which bend slightly forward. The retable model reflects the so-called Palladio motif, also called Serliana. Inserted in the middle miniature painting depicting the return of the Holy Family. The niche compartments in two zones. In the lower area a painting depicting the resurrection and the women at the grave. Above that are arched niches for sculptures. In front of the base zone of the altarpiece is a broad canteen, centered on which is a tabernacle with a rounded dome. Architectural elements mostly accentuated with gold bronze, columns and pilasters decorated with polychrome (fake marble). The altarpiece with the return of the Holy Family is a Flemish work, following Rubens, who painted this motif very often. Dimensions: 71.5 x 74.5 cm.
Niche characters are absent. Damaged on the front of the tabernacle. Good overall condition, partial additions from a later period.
