The German example is lacking strings, bridge and tailpiece stopper/ peg, a split to one f hole that has caused the left-hand side to be slightly sunk in, 'NEC 246' carved to the back of the scroll, various dings, scuffs and marks throughout, occasional chips and hairline splits. Czech example with marks, wear and scuffs throughout. The other German example lacking bridge and chinrest, wear, marks and scuffs, throughout, a split to the lower body edge which is coming away a little, some splits elsewhere, a loose strut to the interior.
