Probably by Steiff, an early 20th pull along teddy bear, with black boot button eyes and stitched nose, and with a growler mechansim operated by a pull cord (not working), with an iron frame and wooden wheels. Unmarked, approx 58cms long, 42cms high.

Condition

Ears mostly missing, growler not working, wear around the nose, some marks and wear to the wheels.
