Description

Comprising: two oval baskets with sectional removable covers and a tapering square section basket and cover carved with panels of dragons and beasts amongst scrolls, with stylised fish carved handle, the oval examples approx. 32 cm wide max. x 32.5cm high max., the third 27cm wide x 30.5cm high max. (3).

Condition

One oval basket with handle detached and damaged (but present) and with some associated damage to the lower part of handle on basket. Some overall typical splitting, brass banding slightly loose, some minor scuffing and wear to red lacquer overall.
