The Latin manuscript on vellum in ink and ruled in red ink, with engraved portrait of Charles II to the top left within a decorative 'C' of 'Georgius Secundus Dei gratia magne Britannie', the top border further decorated with Royal Arms, allegorical motifs and scrolling acanthus leaves, inscribed beneath the header 'Sold by J. Bradley Stationer at Furnivals Jun-Gate Holborn", the lower section with suspended dark green wax seal contained in a metal skippet, 81cm wide, 62cm high, the skippet 13cm diameter.
Condition
The wax seal with breakages and losses, document with some folding and creases.
