Large 4to (257x185 mm.). xxxvi, 459 (i.e. 446), (1) pp. Engraved vignette to title, engraved frontispiece, printed in specially-designed capitals in red and black. Near contemporary full leather, leather clasps and metal fittings, bindings worn and rubbed, worm holes, spine in compartments with paper label, damaged. Flyleaf with ink stain, some slight spotting to text.
