NBTHK (Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kai) Kicho = "Important Work"/"Precious Work" (White Paper).
The blacksmith had his career from the Eiroku period to the Bunroku period. In some writings he is listed as 2 blacksmiths, but is in fact one and the same blacksmith.
