Andrzej Cisowski (1962-2020), diptych, mixed media with oil on canvas, two stretcher frames, each on three sides with blue and yellow frame strips, 1996, signed and dated on the back and inscribed with 'II' and 'VI', a total of ca. 65 x 123 cm (each painting approx. 65 x 61 cm)

Cisowski comes from Poland and was a painter, graphic artist and multimedia artist. He studied first at the Academy in Warsaw, later at the Academy in Düsseldorf with Konrad Klapheck and A. R. Penck, whose master student he was from 1990. He lived in Targowo, Warsaw and Düsseldorf.
