PROVENANCE: Berlin private collection

The Swedish painter and graphic artist first studied in Gothenburg with Birger Simonsson, and since the 1920s in Paris with Othon Friesz and Raoul Dufy, among others.

Occasional small color chips, mainly at the top of the picture, small cat mark on the right edge, upper left corner slightly retouched.
