Teapot done at Saxbo, 1960s. Stoneware glazed in dark glaze and fitted with basroof.

Stamped SAXBO on the bottom and engraved Saxbo logo, Kirsten Weekes initials (KW) and '60' for the year 1960.

Height including basroof: 18 cm.
Height excluding basthank: 12 cm.
Length including spout: 18 cm.
Width: 15 cm.

The same teapot, though in light brown glaze, is seen on page 335 of the book 'SAXBO and Nathalie Krebs' from 2023.

Condition

Heavy, internal lime edges. Minimal chipping at the edge of the lid.
