A Great War Memorial plaque, the original name erased and the name Joseph Greenlaw Perie engraved in its place. Private Perie from Twickenham enlisted in New Zealand and served with the 3rd Reinforcements, Wellington Infantry Battalion. He died on the 7th August 1915 whilst fighting at Gallipoli. He is commemorated on the Chunuk Bair Memorial. With outer card envelope and copied research.
Condition
This is not Private Perie's original plaque, the name having been erased and re engraved.
