1883-1950s, most of which belong to dinners and music evenings with the King and Queen Gustav V and Victoria.
Leaf sizes approx. 22x15 - 13x9 cm.
Portrait photo of Paul Arbin is included as well as a number of menu sheets from hotels and restaurants where he has worked. Foremost among these a foldable menu from Karlberg Castle dated 1910.
Provenance: King Gustav V's chef Paul Arbin (1884-1964).
An article about Paul Arbin from Idun magazine, No. 42, October 16, 1952, is included.

Condition

Normal wear and tear, some with minor stains. Not fully reviewed.
