It is the oldest separately printed description of St. Barthelemy. Saint-Barthélemy (also Saint Barts, Saint Barths, Saint Barth) is a French island in the Caribbean. It is part of the Lesser Antilles archipelago. In the years 1784–1878, the island was a Swedish colony, after which it was sold back to France.
