Oil on canvas laid on Board 45.5 x 65.6 cm. Signed G. Kallstenius Made in September 1909. Preparatory work for one of two paintings in different lighting commissioned by Claes Ericsson (b. 1877), manager and director at Rydboholm textile factory, Borås. His ancestor, Sven Erikson (1801-1866), founded the textile industry in Rydboholm.
