Herein are written and all the actions of keysares/ kings/ potentates/ who in medler tijdh lefwat hafwa/ businesses/ especially those concerning Christ's congregation and thet andlighe being: item/ the Roman popes/ and other bishops and fathers actions: the lives and departure of martyrs: heretics and the origin of false teachers/ and how they are condemned wordne: thesslijkes om alle concilier/ meetings and gatherings/ and what ther on is negotiated and decided: as and about the christnes fierce oppression and persecutions/ which the utaff omilde tyrants have endured. Divided into three tomos or parts. Then the first part contains frm centurier or five hundred years of actions/ everything from the birth of Christ up to the Roman emperor Anastasium and the pope Symmachum. Interpreted by Erico Schrodero. Stockholm, finished and published by translators eghen typographia, 1635.

Stains, small tears, underlining and notes, the insert partially brown-toned. Wide moisture strip pp. 200-252. Repair with text losses p. 251/-52. Petrus Svenonis Kihlström's note that he bought the book at the priest's meeting in Linköping d. Sept. 8 1749 on the title page. N. E. Sundberg's signature, dated 18/5 77 and the number 218 on the inside of the front cover, other notes on cover page, among others. a. "formerly belonged to: TJ Egnell".
