Eric Elfvén (1921–2008) was a Swedish artist born in Stockholm. He debuted as an artist in 1944 and underwent training at Konstfack and the painting schools of Edvin Ollers, Grünewald and Otte Sköld. He also studied glass painting under Gabriel Loire in Chartres.

Elfvén worked mainly in painting and sculpture. He created paintings, murals, stained glass, reliefs as well as works in enamel and mosaic, which were placed in churches and public settings. One of his outstanding works is "Stridstuppar" from 1973, which previously stood outside the Swedish House in Kungsträdgården in Stockholm and was later moved to Sjöbergsplan near Slussen. Elfvén created a variety of artistic works for various locations, including sculptures, murals and stained glass. His artistic works are represented in several museums and public places around Sweden, including Borås Art Museum, Jönköping Museum, Kalmar Art Museum, Eskilstuna Art Museum, Moderna Museet, Örebro County Council and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
