Autograph. Charles XIII. King of Sweden 1809-1818. Charles XIII was the son of King Adolf Frederick and Queen Lovisa Ulrika, brother of Gustav III and cousin of Catherine II of Russia. He married his cousin Hedvig Elisabet Charlotta av Holstein-Gottorp, whose father was the younger brother of Adolf Fredrik, on 7 July 1774 in the Palace Church at Stockholm Palace. Hand signed letter.
