Bronze sculpture after "Solglitter" / "Najad på delfin" by Carl Milles.

This version was produced in 50 copies by Konsumentforëningen Stockholm back in 1997. Konsumentforëningen Stockholm was during the period the main sponsor of Millesgården's construction of a new art gallery. The art gallery was inaugurated in 1999.

Length: approx. 50 cm.
Width: approx. 43 cm.

Provenance: Gift from Konsumentföreningen Stockholm to the former Coop Norden, now Coop Trading.

Literature: Gösta Andersson, A more beautiful everyday: a cooperative cultural heritage managed by konsumerföreningen Stockholm, 2005, pictured on p. 276.

Condition

Has surface scratches and marks, as well as cracks from manufacturing (see detail photos).
Foot must be mounted to be able to stand upright.
