Description
Very likely a 1930s sporting 'Southall' 21" frame, numbered NW9 32.
With chain hanger and double bottom bracket oilers, 'Southall one' chainwheel, 3/4" sloping to tube.
1950's specification:
Alloy Resilion 'Cantilever' brakes with red blocks, GB levers, alloy stream and handlebars
alloy 26" rims, 26x 1 1/4 tyres, 3-speed Sturmey Archer hub. Brooks leather saddle.
1950's Carradice, long flap leather saddle bag covered with period badges.
Condition
Functional at the time of writing, but functionality is not guaranteed. With wear commensurate to use and age, some tarnish and dents to mud guards, the saddle with some dryness to leather, a split and scratches.
