approx. 43x60.5 cm Pär Lindblad, born in Arbro in Gävleborg county, was first active as a musician and photographer. Only at the age of 34 did he train as an artist. He had his breakthrough exhibition at the Galerie Moderne in Stockholm in 1944. Lindblad is represented in the National Museum ("Self-Portrait with Meadow", 1943) and in a number of other Swedish museums.
