Gisela Moritz (1928-2004), Hühnerhof, oil on canvas, 1997, monogrammed and dated lower left, signed, dated and titled on the reverse, approx. 75 x 100 cm, with frame approx. 80x104.5cm.

Moritz exhibited together with Werner Tübke, Klaus Moritz and Bernhard Heisig in the Museum of Fine Arts in Leipzig. Together with Klaus Moritz, she undertook annual study trips to Ibiza, Fehmarn and Provence, among other places, in the 1980s and 90s.
