Description
Medicine. Cullen, William, Scottish physician, (1710-1790). Initial reasons for practical medical science I-IV. Bey Caspar Fritsch, Leipzig, 1778-1785. Four 8cvo volumes in contemporary light brown semi-French bands with gilded back text, sparse gilded back decoration, sprinkled binders and red cuts. Illustrated with a small engraved portrait on the title page in the first part. (VIII), 518 p. + (VI), 322 p. , (XV) + (VI), 336 p. + (IV), 256 p. , (XII).
Condition
The bands are edge and binder chafed and stained. Some discoloration in the edges of the binders. The bands are well cohesive. Older signature at the top of the title pages. Fresh submissions.
