Esperanza Pérez Calvo is a multidisciplinary artist: painter, poet, performer and audiovisual creator. His paintings have participated in exhibitions held in the United States, Italy, France, Sweden, Spain and Germany. His professional career has been closely linked to the care of cancer patients.
From this collaboration arises the auction of this work, for the benefit of the Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO), an international reference center in personalized medicine in oncology. Since its creation in 2006, it has contributed to the approval of numerous drugs that have allowed many patients to improve their cancer survival and quality of life.
