Rudolf Koch (1876-1934), famous German type designer, calligrapher etc. who Teamed up with colleague Rudolf Gerstung to print and publish a series of books with types of their own design, the so-called Rudolg´finische Drucke.
Fritz Reuter (1810-1874) was a German novelist who wrote in Low German.
