first half 20th century, with curved front and hinged hanging and carrying handle, 19cm wide x 16cm deep x 15cm hjgh, a pair of ships lamps, copper cased, one labelled 'Starboard Bow Light, Patt 2202, Birmingham Eng. Co Ltd', 12cm wide x 9.5cm deep x 14cm high, later wired for electricity, and a miner's Wolf Safety Lamp Co (WM Maurice) Limited, Saxon Road Works, Sheffield English, labelled 'P.O. 1973', 28cm high, with original instructions and box (5).
Condition
With all faults, one of the pair of lamps lacking back door.
