Viktor Vasilevich Tikhonov (Russian: Виктор Васильевич Тихонов), born June 4, 1930 in Moscow, died November 24, 2014 in Moscow, was a Russian ice hockey coach who is best known for having coached the Soviet Union's national ice hockey team from 1976–1991.
He was also the coach of the Russian national team after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, both immediately after 1991 and for a short time in the 2000s.
