Heather Locklear has appeared in around 30 films and TV productions. During the 1980s, she broke through as Sammy Jo Carrington, one of the central characters in Dynasty, and as Stacy Sheridan in the series TJ Hooker. The role with which she is perhaps most associated today is that of Amanda Woodward in the TV series Melrose Place, where she appeared between the years 1993 and 1999, when the series was discontinued.
