Approx. 80x180 cm.
Felländer is widely known for his large-scale abstract photographs of cityscapes and landscapes, captured from around the world.
In 2011, Felländer exhibited I Want To Live Closer To You at Fotografiska in Stockholm. He traveled around the world's most densely populated cities over twelve days, capturing the entire world on a single, multi-exposed negative; the result is an effective movement of fleeting fragments of time, space and perspective seized from each city. "Los Angeles 79" is one of the key pieces from that exhibition.
Jacob Felländer's work has been shown at the most prestigious museums and galleries around the world including Forografiska, Stockholm, MOCA Miami, Camera Works, Berlin and Hamiltons Gallery, London. His work is represented in prominent international collections including that of President Bill Clinton.
Viewing takes place during the pawnshop's opening hours as below: Monday–Thursday 09.00–17.00 Friday 09.00–16.00 Saturday and Sunday CLOSED.
