Description

The antique brooch is made of 800 silver and hallmarked.
It is worked in a two-part clasp shape and has a finely openwork, four-pass shape, set with four blood-red, Bohemian garnets in antique rose cut and a central natural mother-of-pearl segment and a small, movable suspension, which is also set with mother-of-pearl.
All frames are made using the antique technique with donated frames. A pin with a safety lock is attached to the back.
Length 3.8 cm, width 2.5 cm, weight 7.0 grams.

Rarely preserved historical gem from around 1830 in very good, well-kept condition.
