Description
A large dragonfly pendant / brooch in silver, set with blue topaz and marcasites and inlaid with vmulti-coloured enamel.
This item is silver (stamped "925") and is fitted with a loop and a pin, for usage as both a pendant and a brooch.
The oval-cut blue topaz gemstone measures approximately 5 x 4 mm and is rubover-set into the body of the insect.
The dragonfly's wings are inlaid with 3 colours of enamel (pink, purple and green).
Several marcasite stones are set around the insect's body and wings.
Approximate pendant / brooch measurements:
• Wingspan: 56 mm
• Height: 47 mm
Total weight: 8.3 grams.
