A pendant and brooch in the form of a butterfly, set with pearl, rubies and marcasites and inlaid with enamel.
This pendant / brooch is silver (stamped "925") and is fitted with a loop and a pin.
The wings of this butterfly are filled with enamel in colours of red, orange and pink.
Two arcs of marcasite stones are set into the wings. A further cluster of marcasite stones is set into the body.
4 x round-cut red ruby gemstones are set into this butterfly (2 in the wings, 2 in the eyes).
A single, round cultured pearl is set into the centre of this brooch/pendant.
Pendant / brooch dimensions: 54 x 53 mm, approx.
Total weight: 12.7 grams.
