Växjö Auction House presents over 220 lots in A Collector’s Home from Lammhult: Part 4. It is high and low, narrow and wide, and quite a bit of everything — which is why the catalogue is best explored at a leisurely pace.
A handful of French works from the 19th century stand out. One of them is a magnificent jardinière, an impressive 55 cm long (!). Another is an elegant urn on a pedestal. A third is a pair of delicate handled urns adorned with cool, graceful female portraits.
But there are also comic books, Chinese brush pots, figurines, dinner services, jewelry, and quite a number of snuff bottles — along with the occasional item that simply doesn’t fit into this brief overview.
