Summer cars

It is said that it was the daughter of Emil Jelinek who once lent her name to the brand. The Austrian businessman Emil Jelinek sold German cars in France and requested a luxurious model with good comfort. Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft responded by delivering 36 cars with the name Mercedes, and the rest, as they say, is history - even though many, many, MANY fine and memorable Mercedes models have come to light since then.

Now, three of them are in Borås. Starting with the oldest, it's a 280 SL silver convertible from 1975. A real gem. It is accompanied by a strikingly red SLK 230 and a plum-colored 500 CL, both from the last years of the 20th century. All that's missing are three drivers.
