For the second time, thanks to Gomér & Andersson Nyköping, we have the opportunity to visit A Collector’s Home from Sörmland. This time, it comes in an extensive themed auction featuring 100 lots, including art, furniture, glass, ceramics, lamps, and more. Among the lamps, there are some true highlights from Böhlmarks, Ateljé Lyktan, and Einar Bäckström.
On the art side, we find a charming little winter landscape by Vasili Levi and a subdued evening sky by Pentti Koivikko. And when it comes to top pieces, Sven Palmqvist’s engraved vase from 1953 must be mentioned. It’s an absolute wow and a brilliant example of Swedish art glass from the mid-20th century.
