Gustaf Skoglund. It was in the late 1940s that, after engaging in various odd jobs, he enrolled in the Art Guild's painting school. Between 1956 and 1959, he studied at Valand's painting school under the guidance of Torsten Rehnqvist, who likely influenced him toward an increasingly abstract expression.
