It was in October of the great peace year of 1945 that Aimé Maeght opened his legendary gallery at 13 Rue de Téhéran in Paris. And exactly one year later, the first issue of the magazine "Derrière le miroir" was published. With original lithographs by the most famous artists of the time, such as Vassily Kandinsky, Ellsworth Kelly, Fernand Léger, Lindner, Henri Matisse, and Joan Miró, it immediately became a collector's item.
Now, Stockholm's Auction House presents Magasin 5 with the theme "Summer with Derrière le Miroir," featuring a significant number of issues from Aimé Maeght's life's work.
