Manual winding, caliber 12-120 (The world's 1st caliber in a wrist watch with 12 lines, developed by Patek themselves and built with 18 jewels, 5 layers regulated Geneva Seal. Switzerland, 1938. Diameter 31 mm. According to the (included) extract from Patek Philippe's archives, dated 2015, was this watch was manufactured in 1938 and sold in the same year. It has been completely overhauled by Patek Philippe (this lot includes both the original service box and a contemporary leather etui Patek Philippe). A new brown crocodile leather strap - original from Patek Philippe (with Certificate from CITES) and an original yellow gold 18k buckle have been fitted.
