Description
Dimensions 60 x 90 cm Kenneth Olausson on his career and 10 years with Ronnie Peterson: Having just turned fifteen, I borrowed my father's box camera to photograph Formula 1 world champion Jim Clark at the Gellerås track. It was the debut. Then followed six years of wandering around the world to follow motorcycle races in Europe and the United States. In 1967 I took the picture of the year in the picture magazine "SE". In the fall of '68 I met Ronnie Peterson. The meeting became the beginning of a long friendship and resulted in me traveling to Monaco in 1969 when Ronnie broke through as WC promise. In a fraction of a second and 20,000 frames later, I had seen 48 Grands Prix with Ronnie. In 2019, I rented the Berwaldhallen for a performance in words and images about Ronnie Peterson.
Addendum: 2019 40-page, signed Ronnie Peterson booklet with Kenneth Olausson's text and photos included.
